St Martin of Tours Episcopal Church

Mondays 10.45am – 11.30am and Wednesdays 1pm – 2.30pm

The original toy library in Gorgie closed in October 2008. Partner Churches decided to raise funds and reinstate this valuable resource. St. Martin’s was chosen as a base.

Grants were sought and we were very fortunate in obtaining grants from the Daisy Chain Trust, City of Edinburgh Council, Scottish Community Foundation,  John Lewis and Tesco.

The Library opened at the beginning of February 2010 and works with a membership. Toys are loaned out for 2 weeks for a small rental charge. A catalogue showing the toys available can be viewed on the toy library’s website.
